Refund policy
Thank you so much for shopping with Old Town Social Club! We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Here’s what you need to know if you need to make a return.
Eligibility & Timeline
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Your return must be postmarked within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
To start a return, email us at info@oldtownsocialclub.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label. A flat $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.
Condition Requirements
Returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of smoke, makeup, deodorant, or perfume.
- In their original packaging with all tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you don’t see your credit in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note, all custom merchandise, seasonal and holiday items, and any items marked as “final sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an item missing, please email us at info@oldtownsocialclub.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item(s) so we can make it right.
