Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after your order is placed unless otherwise notified. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and nationally observed U.S. holidays.

Please note that this 2–3 day turnaround applies to ready-to-ship items only. Custom items have their own turnaround times, which vary by product — see product details, and additional information will be provided when you place your order.

Processing time refers to how long it takes us to prepare and pack your order. Shipping time(typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier) begins once your order has left our facility.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow your package all the way home.

We offer Free Ground Shipping on U.S. orders of $85 or more.

Once a package leaves our facility, Old Town Social Club is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We also cannot refund upgraded shipping fees if a carrier delay occurs after your package has shipped.

Local to us? We offer free local delivery within a 15-mile radius of zip code 76036. Orders eligible for local delivery will be dropped off within 2–3 business days once processed.

You’ll receive an email notification when your order is out for delivery, and another once it’s been delivered. Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and that items can be safely left if no one is home. All local deliveries are considered complete once the order has been dropped off at the provided address.

If your address falls outside the local delivery area, standard shipping rates will apply.
